The resort features small terraced houses: 53 apartments, either on the ground floor with a patio or on the first floor with a balcony, connected by a typical Sardinian style portico.

Each apartment features a kitchenette (equipped with kitchen utensils), fridge and freezer, Satellite TV, air conditioning, private bathroom with shower; if on the ground, floor they feature a patio, if on the first floor they have a balcony. Outdoor tables and chairs are at the guests' disposal. There are also apartments that feature services for disabled guests.
